Any block of 6 hours between 10am-10pm. Set up time is not included in your event time, however please include take down in your time frame.
Monday- Thursday $1,250
Friday- Saturday $1,750
$750 non-refundable deposit to save your date. The remaining balance is split up, with 50% of the remaining balance due 60 days and the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your event. If you change your date, a new deposit is required to reserve a new date. The deposit always goes towards your total balance.
-Additional time is $75 per hour

*Ceremony add $100- This includes our staff setting up the venue in ceremony layout and resetting venue for reception, in standard layout after your ceremony. This does not include extra event time.
Venue Rental includes:
-Approx 4500 sq ft Venue
-6 hour block of event time, any time between 10am-10pm. This does not include your set up time. Set up may be done anytime after 10am, on day of event. Time frame does include take down.
-Event/Venue Hostess one hour prior to your event and during event
-During COVID-19, we are providing extra safety services for our venue, including a second hostess. They will greet guests and provide all guests with hand sanitization and to take temperatures at the door.
-Interior and exterior string/bistro lighting
-10 Farm style wood guest tables, measuring 9'x40"
-80-120 Crossback Wood Chairs
-Two wood 9' Buffet tables
-Wood Cake table
-2 wood gift tables
-Sign in table

Additional Add On’s:
-Our staff to Change to a specialty Layout $100
-Additional Event time, up to midnight- $75 per hour

Venue is also available to photographers for indoor & outdoor use $100/hr, or for outdoor only for $50. Must have appointment!
Photo session Complimentary with booking of venue for event. Must also have appointment.
We also provide options for in-house Floral, Catering, Cakes and other rentals & event planning services. However, we always love working with other local vendors as well. We have worked with hundreds of different vendors, and if our in-house services don't work for you, we can give you a list of recommended vendors that we have loved working with, at no extra charge.
