Seated capacity of 120- additional chairs and tables available for rent, with a maximum of 190 seats. Flowing Reception Capacity of 450-550

Any 6 hours Between 10am-10pm. We only host one event per day, so we try to accommodate for early set up times, if needed. Time block should account for any set up or take down time. If you need adjustments to the allotted time, or want to add extra time for a ceremony or dinner before your reception, just ask, and we will see what we can do. There is just a small hourly fee for extra event time.

Venue Rental includes 10 Farm style wood tables, measuring 9'x40", 8-12 Crossback Wood Chairs per table giving plenty of seating for 80-120 guests. We also provide Two 9' Buffet tables and a Rod Iron Cake table, 2 gift tables and a sign in table. We also have a top of the line sound system, TV in the Entry way, Bridal Suite, and a Grooms Room with a TV and Lounging Space. We also include our Prep Kitchen with the rental of the Venue. This Kitchen is just for prep only.

Venue Also available to photographers for indoor and outdoor use $100/hr, or for outdoor only for $50. Must have appointment!

We also provide options for in house Floral, Catering, Cakes and other event planning services. However, we always love working with other local vendors as well and we have a preferred vendor list we'd love to share with you as well.
